Ali Kamarei, Esq.

 

Mr. Kamarei is the senior attorney of ALG. In addition to practicing law, he is an author, inventor, and entrepreneur. Mr. Kamarei has successfully litigated several jury and non-jury trials as well as arbitrations and mediations in consumer law suit cases and commercial transactions. He has represented clients in large disputes in various jurisdictions including Northern and Southern California, Wisconsin, Florida, Montana, Texas, Maryland, Utah and New Jersey. Additionally, Mr. Kamarei has successfully argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and California Appellate Courts.

Ali Rakhshanifar, Esq.

 

Mr. Rakhshanifar is an attorney at ALG. He is an entrepreneur, investor, legal and business consultant. He is a strong legal professional with a background in auto dealer operations and sales, bringing a unique approach to legal representation. Mr. Rakhshanifar is experienced in civil litigation, automotive dealership representation and negotiations, employment and labor law, automotive dealership compliance and training. Mr. Rakhshanifar is a recognized and experienced Auto Dealer Attorney with a demonstrated history of representing independent auto dealerships as well as multi-franchise dealer groups across the state of California.

Marisella Prada, Esq.

 

Mrs. Prada focuses on civil litigation, automotive dealership representation, breach of contract and real estate litigation. Mrs. Prada has had the opportunity to defend automotive dealerships at trial against some of the largest Plaintiff’s firms in California. She has also represented a number of dealers in ADA cases. Mrs. Prada has a background focusing on financial investments and began her career working for a global investment firm. Mrs. Prada has experience in corporate governance, including general corporate and securities law, regulatory filings and private fund maintenance.

Katja Grosch, Esq.

 

Katja M. Grosch is an associate at ALG. Katja has over a decade of experience in civil litigation, five years of which have been primarily devoted to defending car dealerships against all types of claims, from the CLRA and Song-Beverly to breach of contract and other common law causes of action. Katja has expansive experience drafting and arguing motions, including motions for summary judgment, taking and defending depositions, and preparation for and trying cases. Katja has also prosecuted and defended dozens of appeals. Katja has litigated matters in state and federal courts throughout California and several other states. In handling cases, Katja has used her comprehensive knowledge and compassionate approach to client concerns to litigate and settle numerous matters to her clients’ satisfaction.
